Our powerful spin on a Thai classic that’ll take you out of Canada, and into the heart of Asia. Using green curry paste, coconut milk, leek and basil as the base, we dress it up with some colourful bell peppers, broccoli, and chicken on a bed of fluffy, whole grain coconut rice.
