Rose Penne Pasta
We love pasta that doesn’t have the guilt factor. We use whole wheat penne and a house-made rose sauce packed with fresh veggies and balanced with olive oil and tomato paste. We also threw in some extra protein and fibre with red quinoa, bell peppers, and green beans, then topped it all off with a healthy dose of oregano – a favourite spice of ours.
