Each meal is an individually portioned single-serving meal for 1 adult.

All ingredients used in each meal are listed on the ingredients drop down box by the menu. Ingredients in each meal are non-negotiable.

We make every possible effort to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination during meal preparation, however, contamination of different allergens may occur in even the most conscientious of establishments. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us; we will be happy to discuss them with you.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

All of our meals are carefully crafted to provide optimal balanced nutrition and flavour for you. As such, we are unable to alter meals in any way. If you have any dietary concerns, please refer to the listed ingredients on the menu page, and if you still have any questions, feel free to contact us for any queries.

We recommend keeping the meals for no longer than 3 months frozen, 4 days thawed and refrigerated.

We recycle internally and would ask our customers to recycle in their homes and at work.

Addresses can be managed by logging in to your account: https://eapmeals.ca/account/. Please also email us  with your Order # also. This must be sent before 12:00 pm, Wednesday afternoon, as deliveries are processed and delivered the following day.

It is recommended that the meal is thawed before reheating. Place in a pot of water, bring to a boil for 3 minutes and reduce to a simmer for a further 7 mins. This should bring your meal up to the desired cooking temperature. If you continue to boil past the recommended time, the seal on the bag may be compromised and the meal may be spoiled. Standard cooking instructions are also provided with each order.

We serve Edmonton and surrounding area.

If you live in a condo and won’t be home during the scheduled delivery time, or you happen to live outside the delivery limits, we recommend you arrange a drop off location at a friend or family member’s house within Sherwood Park or the Anthony Henday Ring. Not only will you receive your meals, but you’ll also have an excuse to visit with them!

We send out deliveries every Thursday between 11:00am - 5:00pm. 

Orders are delivered every Thursday between 11:00am to 5:00pm;

Please have all orders in by Sunday 5:00pm.

Our meals are crafted from the finest fresh ingredients and then frozen to increase your enjoyment time!
