Our beef is oven-braised for hours until it reaches ultimate tenderness, then dressed with mushroom demi-glace, and paired with our signature cauliflower mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and butternut squash. We make our mash by roasting cauliflower with clove spice and maple until golden brown. Then we whip it together with roasted garlic and boiled russet potatoes.
