HOW IT WORKS

Just choose from our incredible selection of handcrafted healthy meals and snacks and we'll deliver right to your home, office, or pick-up at one of our many spots. Just freeze, refrigerate, reheat, and enjoy! 

It's really that simple. 

Follow Our Easy Steps

1. Order

Order your package by 7pm on Sunday and have it delivered on the following Thursday from 11am – 5pm. Free delivery in Sherwood Park and Greater Edmonton Area.

2. Delivery

Receive your delivery on Thursday between 11am – 5pm in-person, or if not available, leave a cooler outside your door. Contact us for alternative options.

3. Freeze

Place meals straight into the freezer, keep them frozen for up to 3 months.

4. Refrigerate

Plan to have your meal thawed in the fridge up to 4 days before consumption.

5. Reheat

Bring the bagged meal and pot of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 7 minutes. Halfway through simmering lightly press the bag to disperse the contents, heating more evenly.

6. Eat

Empty contents of bag into a bowl and make sure to eat your vegetables.
