We love pasta that doesn’t have the guilt factor. We use penne and a house-made rose sauce packed with fresh veggies and balanced with olive oil and tomato paste. Red quinoa, bell peppers, and green beans, then topped it all off with a healthy dose of oregano – a favorite spice of ours.
